Due to their unique design and style, all Custom orders are final sale. Each piece is created specifically for your space, and therefore it cannot be restocked to be placed in another customer's space.
All ready-to-ship, non-customized fine furniture pieces are fully refundable within 30 days of receipt of order, with original receipt or proof of purchase. All products to be accepted for return must be in the original condition, and free from any damage of any kind.
Items must be returned to our facility at 1276 Sandhill Dr. Unit 1, Ancaster ON, at the customer's expense and coordination.
